February Essential Rewards Order

february essential rewards order

Essential Reward delivery day is always exciting at the Chalmers house. I have purposely been forgetting what I ordered just so I can be excited when my Young Living package shows up. Today was SO exciting in fact, that I decided to break down what I got and what I’m already obsessed with:

  1. Gentle Baby
  2. Jade Lemon
  3. Joy
  4. Melrose
  5. Thieves Aromabright Toothpaste

Gentle Baby. I have only heard good things about this blend. Naturally I started diffusing it right away! It is better than I expected. Very soothing and comforting. A new bed time favourite.

“Gentle Baby™ is a soft, fragrant combination of essential oils designed specifically for mothers and babies. It helps calm emotions during pregnancy and is useful for quieting troubled little ones. It is also soothing to tender skin. Many of the essential oils in this blend are used in elite cosmetics to enhance a youthful appearance.”
– Young Living

Single Oils Contained in This Blend: Rosewood, Geranium, Palmarosa, Lavender, Roman Chamomile, Ylang Ylang, Jasmine, Lemon, Bergamont & Rose.

The aroma of this blend of oils encourages a calm and relaxing environment. It may also create a sense of childhood nostalgia.

Jade Lemon. I don’t know why it took me so long to get this oil. I haven’t had the chance to diffuse it yet but am looking forward to experimenting. It has a fresh, zesty scent that would be perfect to start the day with. Diffusing can help to stimulate the mind and body encouraging an uplifting atmosphere.

“Jade Lemon oil is released only after the fruit is picked, giving it a richer and more fragrant aroma. It has a unique lemon-lime scent that invigorates and uplifts the senses.”

Joy. This is the first time I have replaced Joy since I got my kit (April 2015) and it was a 5-ml! This one is 15 so I know its going to last me. I also treat Joy like gold. My favourite use is rubbing a drop or two over my heart when I’m having a rough day.

“Joy™ is an uplifting blend of pure essential oils that creates magnetic energy and brings happiness to the heart.”

Single Oils Contained In This Blend: Bergamont, Lemon, Palmarosa, Ylang Yland, Mandarin, Rose, Geranium, Jasmine, Roman Chamomile, Coriander

This blend of oils promotes feelings of love, self-love, and confidence.

Melrose. I have to admit I didn’t have the greatest first impression of this oil. I found it to be very strong and moved my nose away from it almost instantly. It is said that if you do not like the smell of an oil then that is what your body needs. So, I guess bring on the Melrose. Hooray.

“Melrose provides a barrier against skin challenges and can help dispel odours when diffused.”
– Young Living

Single Oils Contained In This Blend: Melaleuca, Melaleuca Quinquenervia, Rosemary Cineol, Clove.

Melrose is very useful for dispelling odours.

Thieves Aromabright Toothpaste. Not only does it smell amazing but it leaves my mouth feeling so fresh and so clean (see what I did there.) I love knowing I’m not using a bunch of wacky chemicals in my mouth. Seed to Seal is a beautiful thing.

“This premium, all-natural toothpaste is made with pure essential oils, including the cleansing benefits of Thieves essential oil blend. Its safe and effective formula provides a fortress of support for healthy looking gums, clean teeth, and a confident smile. It is the optimal choice for healthminded consumers.”
