I have only had the opportunity to give 2 of these amazing recipes a try so far. Not only were they delicious and quick but they kept me going throughout the day. The breakfast I tried, Poached Eggs Marinara, was the kick in the butt I needed in the morning. I noticed a change in my energy levels from my normal breakfast and was not starving by 11:00 am as I normally am.
The snack I tried was an avocado, snow pea and garlic dip with carrot sticks. It was convenient, nutritious and kept me full until dinner! The groceries I had to purchase to make these meals were cost effective.
I did not start this meal plan as a way to lose weight but rather a resource for nutritious meals to cook. I am looking forward to giving more of these meals a try.
